When purchasing a truck and trailer:

CDL Empire may manage the asset under its motor carrier authority
CDL Empire does not hold ownership unless explicitly stated in writing
You remain responsible for taxes and legal obligations associated with asset ownership

8. Fees & Payment Terms

All fees, deposits, or purchases must be paid according to the terms outlined in your asset purchase agreement or service agreement.

All payments are:

Final
Non-refundable unless contractually stated
Subject to separate written agreements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CDL Empire shall not be liable for:
